Need to charge for something beyond your product price, like a service charge, packaging cost, or express handling? With Add a Fee, you can create your own custom fees on top of Zbooni's fees and apply them directly to an order, before you send the checkout link to your customer.
What You Can Do

All from your dashboard or app in just a few steps.
On the Zbooni Dashboard
- Log in to your Zbooni Dashboard.
- Open or create the Order you'd like to add a fee to.
- In the order summary, click Add a Fee.
- Enter a name for the fee (e.g. "Service Charge") and choose whether it's a fixed amount or a percentage.
- Enter the value, then click Apply.
- Review the updated order total, then share the checkout link with your customer as usual.
On the Zbooni App
- Tap Orders from the bottom navigation menu.
- Open or create the order you'd like to add a fee to.
- Tap Add a Fee.
- Enter a name for the fee and choose a fixed amount or percentage.
- Enter the value and tap Apply.
- Review the updated total, then send a checkout to your customer.
Note: Custom fees are added before checkout is shared, so customers always see the final total, including your fee, at checkout. Fees are separate from Zbooni's own fees, which continue to apply as normal.
Log in to the Dashboard to start adding fees to your orders.
That's it! Once applied, your custom fee will be reflected in the order total your customer sees at checkout.
