Tipping is a culturally meaningful gesture, and now your customers can do it directly through Zbooni. With the new Tipping Feature, you can give customers a simple, optional way to show appreciation for your team, all managed from your dashboard or app.
What You Can Do

All from your dashboard or app in just a few steps.
On the Zbooni Dashboard
- Log in to your Zbooni Dashboard.
- In the top-right corner of the screen, click on your Store Profile dropdown menu.
- In the store settings, locate the Allow Tips toggle.
Toggle it OFF to disable or ON to enable tipping it across your store.
Once enabled, tipping will be automatically available when creating new orders. You can still choose to disable it for individual orders if needed.
On the Zbooni App
- Tap Store from the bottom navigation menu.
- Go to Store Settings.
- Find the Allow Tips at Checkout option.
