Creating a new order is now faster than ever. With the Custom Order feature, you can build and send an order in second, reducing checkout time by up to 70%.
Once you’ve updated your app, follow the steps below:
Creating a new order from Zbooni App
Step-by-Step Actions:
- Log in to your Zbooni App.
- Tap “Create Order” from the Home Screen.
- Choose how you want to build the order:
- Catalog Order: Ideal for frequently sold items.
Select from your existing catalog or add a new item to track inventory and sales. Custom Order: Perfect for quick or one-time orders.
Simply enter the total price; no item needs to be selected or added.
- Catalog Order: Ideal for frequently sold items.
- After your cart is created, you can:
- Add customer details (optional): Choose an existing customer, add a new one, or leave it blank.
- Request delivery information (optional): Turn on the toggle to ask customers to share their delivery location, and add a delivery rate for this specific order.
- Enable or Disable promo code entry: Turn on the toggle to allow customers to apply a promo code during checkout.
- Lock or unlock the cart:
• If unlocked, customers can edit item quantities before checking out.
• If locked, the cart will remain fixed. - Share the order link via:
1. WhatsApp
2. QR code (for in-person checkout)
3. Copy and paste the link into any preferred channel
- Add customer details (optional): Choose an existing customer, add a new one, or leave it blank.
Pro Tip: Once the order is shared, you can monitor the payment status directly from your Orders tab in real time.
