Zbooni now allows you to request refunds directly through the dashboard.
Request a Refund:
- Log into Your Dashboard

Click on the "Orders" tab:
- Select the specific order you want to refund.

Initiate the Refund:
- Click "Refund Order" at the top left of the order details page.

Choose Refund Type:
- Select either a full or partial refund, enter the necessary details, and submit.

Important:
- Refund Amount: The refund amount cannot exceed the order value.

Card Processing Fees: Card processing fees are non-refundable.

Wallet Balance: Refunds can only be issued if your wallet balance can cover the refund amount.

Submit your request:
- Once your refund request is submitted, you will receive a push notification and email confirmation. The request will be processed in line with Zbooni's policies and procedures.
- Refunds are typically confirmed within 1-2 business days.
- It may take up to 14 days for your customer to be credited the amount back to their card.
How to view your refunds?
1. Navigate to the "order" section on the app or dashboard and click on one of the order details.
2. Alternatively, head to "Payouts" on the Dashboard and click on one of the payout IDs.
