How to Request a Payout 💰

You can request a payout through your app and dashboard:

Requesting a payout through your app: 

1. Log in to your app.
2. Tap on “Store.”
3. Tap on “Wallet.”
4. Tap on “Request Payout.”
5. Choose between Standard Payout or Instant Payout.
6. Once you confirm the payout, your request will be processed and reflected in your bank account in 1-2 business days.

Requesting a payout through your dashboard:

1. Log in to your dashboard.
2. Click on “Payouts"
3. Click on “Request Payout."

Standard Payout vs. Instant Payout

• Standard Payout: All sales older than 7 days are eligible for payout.
• Instant Payout: Only available to our most trusted business partners. To help manage your cash flow better, you can request the balance of successfully paid orders without waiting 7 days. A nominal 1.5% fee applies when choosing to take an Instant Payout.
