How to View Your Overall Sales Analytics
Your Zbooni dashboard provides an overview of your sales activity on the homepage.
Here's what you'll find:
Wallet Section
- View your current account balance and the amount available for payout.
- Click "Orders" to see all order details associated with your account balance.
- Account Balance: The total amount has not yet been released to your bank.
- Amount Eligible for Payout: Available amount that can be released.
Sales Summary Section
A: Sales
- You can view your total sales and refunds for that specific month.
- You can also view your current growth and average basket size growth compared to the previous months.
Pro tip: You can choose the month you'd like to examine in depth by clicking "Showing" in the right corner.
B: Orders
- You can get more in-depth details about your orders, including the number of successful payments, conversion rates, and the number of pending and failed payments you have for that month.
C: Customers
- You'll be able to view your top customers of the month.
Pro tip: This will allow you to identify who to re-market to.
D: Products:
- You'll be able to view your top items for the month.
Pro tip: Use this information to adjust your selling strategy and determine popular items.
How to View Your Wallet & Payouts
Access Your Wallet and View Payouts Through Your App
- Log in to the Zbooni App.
- Tap on "Store."
- Tap on "Wallet."
- View your payout history by clicking "View Payout History."
Access Your Wallet and View Payouts Through Your Dashboard
- Log in to your dashboard.
- The wallet section is located on the homepage. Click on the “# of orders” to view more details.
- View your payout history by clicking "Payouts" from the left side panel.
To Download your Payout Details:
- Change the timeframe to a specific month by selecting "Showing -> Monthly -> Select Month."
- Download the details for that period in a CSV file.
- Remember: You can only request payouts through the Zbooni App, not the dashboard.
How to View Your Order Details
Access Your Order Details Through Your App
- Log in to your app.
- Tap on “Orders” to view the status of all your orders categorized as paid, failed, and pending.
- Note:
- Pending: The customer has received the order link but hasn't completed the checkout process.
- Failed: The order failed due to reasons like incorrect card details or customer cancellation.

- Note: Net Amount for Release: The amount from the total order value eligible for payout.

How to View Your Tax Invoices
Tax invoices are accessible only through your dashboard:
- Log in to your dashboard.
- Click on "Tax Invoice" from the left side panel.
To Download your Tax Invoice Details:
- Select whether you need an invoice for "Orders" or "Payouts".
- Change the timeframe to a specific month by selecting "Showing -> Monthly -> Select Month."
- Download the details for that period in a CSV file.
