This guide will help you access and understand your Zbooni sales analytics, gaining valuable insights into your business performance.

How to View Your Overall Sales Analytics

Your Zbooni dashboard provides an overview of your sales activity on the homepage.

Here's what you'll find:

Wallet Section

  1. View your current account balance and the amount available for payout.
  2. Click "Orders" to see all order details associated with your account balance.
    • Account Balance: The total amount has not yet been released to your bank.
    • Amount Eligible for Payout: Available amount that can be released.

Sales Summary Section

A: Sales

  • You can view your total sales and refunds for that specific month.
  • You can also view your current growth and average basket size growth compared to the previous months.

Pro tip: You can choose the month you'd like to examine in depth by clicking "Showing" in the right corner.

 

B: Orders

  • You can get more in-depth details about your orders, including the number of successful payments, conversion rates, and the number of pending and failed payments you have for that month.

C: Customers

  • You'll be able to view your top customers of the month.

Pro tip: This will allow you to identify who to re-market to.

D: Products:

  • You'll be able to view your top items for the month.

Pro tip: Use this information to adjust your selling strategy and determine popular items.

How to View Your Wallet & Payouts

Access Your Wallet and View Payouts Through Your App

  1. Log in to the Zbooni App.
  2. Tap on "Store."
  3. Tap on "Wallet."
  4. View your payout history by clicking "View Payout History."

Access Your Wallet and View Payouts Through Your Dashboard

  1. Log in to your dashboard.
  2. The wallet section is located on the homepage. Click on the “# of orders” to view more details.
  3. View your payout history by clicking "Payouts" from the left side panel.

To Download your Payout Details:

  1. Change the timeframe to a specific month by selecting "Showing -> Monthly -> Select Month."
  2. Download the details for that period in a CSV file.
    • Remember: You can only request payouts through the Zbooni App, not the dashboard.

How to View Your Order Details

Access Your Order Details Through Your App

  1. Log in to your app.
  2. Tap on “Orders” to view the status of all your orders categorized as paid, failed, and pending.
    • Note:
      • Pending: The customer has received the order link but hasn't completed the checkout process.
      • Failed: The order failed due to reasons like incorrect card details or customer cancellation.

Access Your Order Details Through Your Dashboard

  1. Log in to your dashboard.
  2. Click on “Orders” from the left side panel.
    • Here’s what you can see:
      • Track the success rate of your orders, categorized as successful payments, failed payments, and pending orders.
      • View individual order details, including order value, Zbooni fees, and the net amount available for payout.
        • Note: Net Amount for Release: The amount from the total order value eligible for payout.

To Download your Order Details:

  1. Change the timeframe to a specific month by selecting "Showing -> Monthly -> Select Month."
  2. Download the details for that period in a CSV file.

How to View Your Tax Invoices

Tax invoices are accessible only through your dashboard:

  1. Log in to your dashboard.
  2. Click on "Tax Invoice" from the left side panel.

To Download your Tax Invoice Details:

  1. Select whether you need an invoice for "Orders" or "Payouts".
  2. Change the timeframe to a specific month by selecting "Showing -> Monthly -> Select Month."
  3. Download the details for that period in a CSV file.
