How to add an item 🔦

Adding items to your catalog is a breeze; you can do it from either the Zbooni app or your dashboard. 

This guide will walk you through the process step-by-step!

 

Adding items through the Zbooni app

Step-by-Step Actions: 

  1. Log in to your Zbooni app
  2. Tap on "Store"
  3. Tap on "Catalog"
  4. In the top right corner, tap the "+" symbol
  5. Upload high-quality photos of your item. Remember, attractive visuals are key to grabbing customer attention!
  6. Fill in the item name and description
  7. Enter the original price on the right-hand side
  8. You can also apply a discount by clicking the toggle. Here, you can add the final discounted amount, the percentage discount, or a specific amount to be subtracted.
  9. Decide if you want to publish the item on your cShop (your storefront). If you choose "no," the item will still be saved in your Catalog and will only be visible to your customers if you decide to share the link with them (or add it to your cart).
  10. Select whether your item has an unlimited or limited quantity. If it's limited, you can set the number of units available.

Pro tip: The unit will be deducted automatically when a paid order comes in for a limited-quantity item. However, this doesn't happen with refunds, so you'll need to update the quantity manually in those cases.

  1. You can turn on the toggle to add delivery details for physical goods. This prompts customers to enter their address during checkout.
  2. After completing everything, click "Save" to add the item to your Catalog.

You can search for your item from the main Catalog page and view all its details. 

Clicking on the item allows you to edit its details and share it directly via WhatsApp, other messaging apps, or as a QR code.

Pro tip: QR codes are fantastic for in-person events! Customers can scan the code to check out and purchase your item right on the spot.

  2. On the left side panel, click on "Catalog".
  3. In the top right corner, click on "Add Product."
  4. Upload high-quality photos of your item. Remember, attractive visuals are key to grabbing customer attention!
  5. Fill in the item name and description.
  6. Enter the original price on the right-hand side.
