Your catalog is the foundation of your store, acting as a complete inventory management system for all your business offerings. It allows you to easily add, organize, and track items, ensuring your store & cShop stay up-to-date.
What can you do with your Catalog?
- Add and Manage Items: Add new items to your catalog easily. Include clear names, descriptions, and variations (sizes, colors) for a well-organized storefront.
- Upload High-Quality Images: Showcase your offerings in the best light with clear and attractive photos. Remember, high-quality visuals can significantly impact customer engagement.
- Set Prices and Discounts: Display the original price of your items or apply discounts.
- Manage Inventory: Choose whether an item has unlimited or limited stock. If limited, you can set the number of units available. Zbooni will automatically deduct from your inventory when a paid order is received, but refunds won't automatically update stock levels. Be sure to adjust quantities manually if needed.
- Publish on Your cShop: You can control what customers see on your cShop. You can publish items to make them available for purchase directly or keep them unpublished for reference or private sharing via links.
Note: Even if an item is unpublished, you can still add it to a cart or share it individually. It will only be visible to customers you actively share it with.
- Track Sales Performance: Gain valuable insights into your sales. You can see how many quantities of each item have been sold and the total revenue generated.
- Share with Ease: Easily share individual items with customers via WhatsApp or copy the item link to share on other channels.
By managing your catalog effectively, you can create a well-organized online store. This translates to a smoother customer experience, easier inventory management, and a thriving business.
