How to check order history & status📊

Track your orders with ease. Knowing the status of your Zbooni orders is essential. Whether they're paid, failed, or pending, you can easily track them using either the Zbooni App or Dashboard.

Check Order History & Status from the Zbooni App 

Step-by-Step Actions: 

  1. Log in to your Zbooni App
  2. Tap on "Orders" 
  3. Navigate between "Paid", "Failed" & "Pending"

Pro tip: If you click on any of the orders, you can view more details about the order itself.

Check Order History & Status from the Dashboard

The Dashboard provides a more in-depth view of all your order details. 

-You can view your success rate and all orders successfully paid, failed, and pending.

-You can also view your Order details, including the order value and the Zbooni fees for better transparency and the net amount for release.

  1. Log in to your Dashboard 
  2. Click on "Orders" from the left side panel
