How to create a new order 📱💻

Creating a new order is incredibly easy on Zbooni. You can create a new order using the Zbooni App or the Dashboard. All you have to do is input the order details easily and share the link with your customers.

Creating a new order from Zbooni App

Step-by-Step Actions:

1. Log in to your Zbooni App.
2. Tap "Create Order" under the "New Order" section.

3. Choose to add a new customer, select an existing customer, or skip this step.
- If you add a new customer, input their basic information.

- If you select an existing customer, choose from your customer list.
- If you skip, the customer will have to input their details when checking out.

4. Add items to your order.
- If the item isn't in your catalog, tap "Create New Item."

- If the item is already in your catalog, select it.

5. Once you've added all the items, your cart is created! You can make further edits to your cart by:
- Increasing the quantity of the item
- Applying a discount to the item
- Deleting the item

Pro Tip: After creating your cart, you can lock or unlock it. If the cart is unlocked, the customer can edit the cart by reducing the quantity, etc. If the cart is locked, the customer can't make any changes.

6. To send your order, you have the option to:
1. Send it via WhatsApp
2. Use a QR code that your customer can scan to check out
3. Copy the link and paste it into your preferred channel
4. Use the "More" option to share on another preferred channel

Pro Tip: After sharing the order link, you can keep track of the payment status.
