Now that you are familiar with navigating the app, it's time to learn how to navigate the Dashboard.

The Dashboard is a web—and mobile-based platform that equips you with all the necessary features to manage your business effectively. It's all here, from creating orders to managing your catalog, tracking orders and payments, and accessing real-time reports on your business performance.

Let's get you started:

Login to your dashboard using your Zbooni app credentials.

Homepage

Once you log in, you can manage your profile and store settings by clicking on your name in the top right corner.

Section 2: Sales Summary section.

  • You can view your total sales and refunds for that specific month.
  • You can also view your growth in the current month and your average basket size growth compared to the previous months.

Dashboard

We've already covered this in the beginning - this is the homepage of your Dashboard.

Orders

While the orders section on your homepage gives you an overview of your orders, this page provides an in-depth view of all your order details at all times.

  • You can view your success rate and all orders successfully paid, failed, and pending.
  • You can also view your Order details, including the order value and the Zbooni fees for better transparency and the net amount for release.

The net amount for release is the amount from the total value that is eligible for payout.

Important: You can request a payout from the app only, not the dashboard.

Pro tip: you can change all time to a specific month by clicking on Showing -> Monthly -> Select the Month. Once you select a month, you can download the month's details into a CSV file.

Customers

Here, you can view all your customer's details and search for a specific customer.

Catalog

Catalog allows you to add and manage your items, including adding items, uploading photos, and updating prices and inventory.

How to add an item?

Step 1:

Click on "Add Product" in the top right corner:

Step 2:

Upload photos of the item you want to add.

Pro tip: Add attractive photos of your products or services to make your storefront more appealing.

Step 3:

Provide the name and description of your item

Step 4:

Add the original Price on the right-hand side

Step 5:

Apply a discount if required; once you click on the toggle, you can add the final discounted amount, the discounted percentage, or the amount to be subtracted.

Step 6:

Select whether the item has an unlimited or limited quantity. By clicking on limited, you can restrict the number of units sold of that item.

Pro tip: The unit will be deducted if you receive a paid order. In case of a refund, the quantity won't be automatically updated; it must be done manually.

Step 7:

Choose to publish on your cShop - your storefront.

If you choose not to publish, the item will be added to your Catalog but will not be visible on your storefront.

Step 8:

Turn on the toggle to add delivery details if required. Customers will be prompted to add their delivery address upon checking out.

After completing all the necessary steps, click "Save" to add the item to your Catalog.

Once you're back on the main Catalog page, you can search for products and view all product details.

If you want to publish more than one existing item in your Catalog on your cShop, turn on the toggle under "Published."

You can also directly copy or share an existing item by clicking the copy or WhatsApp button under "Actions."

  • You can view the payout's status, the amount requested, processing fees, VAT fees, and the net payable amount—the amount that will be released to your bank after the fees have been deducted.

Pro tip: You can change the time frame to a specific month by clicking on "Showing" -> "Monthly" -> "Select the Month." After changing the time frame, you can download the details into a CSV file.
